The following is our general policies. These are subject to change. Any changes will be posted ASAP.

Labor Rate: Our labor rate is $70.00 per hour. We are a registered New York State Repair Shop #7098999. We are also a New York State Motorcycle Inspection station #7098999. We have two NYS certified motorcycle inspectors. Jim Romeo Sr. , Jimmy Romeo Jr.
Inspections: We do inspections "while you wait" No appointment is necessary. Just ride in between 11:00AM and 6:00 PM. However, during the spring (April, May) expect to wait as we have done up to 35 inspections in one day in the beginning of the season.
Service: We will service most brands of motorcycle, dirt bike, ATV or scooter (no Chinese knock-offs) regardless of where it was purchased. In fact, we are happy to provide the service the franchised dealers can't or won't do. We operate on a "first come first served" basis. We do not drag our feet. We get the job in and get it done. You will not wait weeks to get your machined serviced here. Drop it off at your convenience and it will be serviced ASAP. We rarely require appointments. Minor jobs are always completed "same day". We can do 3,000 mile services or 100,000 mile services. Your machine DOES NOT have to be serviced at the franchised dealer in order for the warranty to be effective. This is a myth and is perpetuated by the dealers. I have extensive background in warranty administration and know what the truth is. I will be happy to assist my customers in this area.
Tire changing. It is, as everyone knows, a point of contention in the area that getting tires mounted that are purchased elsewhere is a problem. Just about every shop will refuse this service if the tires are not purchased from them. We will, however, mount anyone's tires regardless of purchase location/history. Of course you will pay more for this service than if you purchase them from us. All tires purchased elsewhere will require the owner to take his old tires with him. We WILL NOT get rid of them for you. Those who purchase here can have us dispose of their old tires.

Sport bike: $35.00 per wheel. Cruisers: $45.00 per wheel * Touring: $70.00 rear wheel, $50.00 front wheel
Wheels only: $15.00 each (tube type $20.00)
All tire sales will have a $2.25 NYS recycling fee and $1.00 disposal fee applied per tire
Knobby tires (dirt bikes) mounted free if purchased from us
Tires not purchased from us: Mount & Balance

Wheels only: $25.00 each (tube type $30.00)
Customer must take old tires, no exceptions, or pay $5.00 per tire disposal fee.
No warranty for tire not purchased here.
Payments: We accept Visa & MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Discover at this time. We also accept cash and checks. Checks are accepted up to $250.00. Amounts greater than that will require authorization.
Warrantees: We will stand behind any product we sell and or install. We WILL NOT stand behind or warranty any parts/accessories not purchased here regardless of whether we sell that line or not. Any parts purchased from the internet or other dealers will require their contact for warranty. We of course stand behind our work as well. If there is a problem with our workmanship or service it will be rectified for FREE.
Other: Our lease strictly forbids anyone working on their motorcycle in the parking lot. No exceptions. This means you can not ride your bike here, pull the wheels off and get the tires changed. It's the agreement we signed and we have to live with it.
We do not allow customers to work on their bikes here or borrow any of our tools. Please do not even ask us to.
